Astrologer Terms and Conditions
(Last Amended: October 2025)

1. Introduction
This legal agreement (“Agreement”) is made between JYOTISH LOK – JAY MAA TARA JYOTISH LOK (“Company”) and the registered Astrologer.
The platform provides online astrology consultation services to users and clients.
By using any part of the JYOTISH LOK website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Responsibilities of the Astrologer
1. You must provide true and accurate information regarding your qualifications, experience, and background.
2. Do not provide medical, legal, or any other type of advice outside your field of expertise.
3. Do not make personal contact with clients (via phone, email, social media, or in-person meetings).
4. Do not request or accept any direct payment from clients.
5. Maintain professional, respectful, and polite communication with all clients.
6. Avoid predictions or advice related to gambling, illegal, or unethical activities.

3. Services
The astrologer must respond to each client query within 6 hours.
All answers must be written in your own words (no plagiarism).
You should be available to work all seven days of the week, including weekends.

4. Platform Policies
You can provide services only on the JYOTISH LOK platform.
Offering similar astrology services on any competing platform is strictly prohibited.
JYOTISH LOK reserves the right to use your name, photo, video, ratings, and profile content for promotional or advertising purposes.
All chat and call interactions may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes.

5. Restrictions on Predictions
Astrologers are prohibited from providing predictions or advice related to:
Gender of an unborn child.
Gambling, betting, or any illegal activity.
Topics or areas beyond their expertise or qualification.

6. Payments
The total revenue earned on the platform will be shared between JYOTISH LOK and the Astrologer at a mutually agreed rate.
A ₹500 monthly software and platform maintenance fee will be deducted if your monthly income exceeds ₹11,000.
Payments will be subject to TDS deductions as per Indian tax laws.
No payment will be made for refunded consultations or promotional discounts offered to customers.

7. Confidentiality
You must not disclose any personal information about clients to anyone.
Company data, policies, or business strategies must remain confidential.
Your account credentials (username, password, etc.) must not be shared with anyone else.

8. Termination
JYOTISH LOK reserves the right to terminate your services at any time without notice.
During the first three months (“Induction Period”), you are not allowed to resign; if you do, a penalty of ₹100,000 will be charged.
After the Induction Period, resignation requires a 30-day written notice and a minimum of 90 login hours during that period.
Failure to complete the notice period or minimum hours may result in a ₹51,000 penalty and forfeiture of all pending earnings.

9. Fines and Penalties

Using abusive or disrespectful language with clients ₹11,000 fine + 7-day suspension
Sharing personal or client information ₹11,000 fine + Temporary deactivation
Giving life-threatening or harmful advice ₹100,000 fine + Profile removal
Working on other astrology platforms ₹11,000 fine + Forfeiture of all earnings
Posting or encouraging negative comments about the company or astrologers ₹11,000 fine + Removal of Verified Badge

10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the Courts of Bari Sadri, Rajasthan (India).
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Other Conditions
JYOTISH LOK reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
If any clause is found to be illegal or unenforceable by a court, the remaining clauses shall continue to be valid.
Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
